I’m running out the door because I’m always late, what do I need to know?

Take a deep breath and relax because you’re in for a truly awesome night. But next time, try to get there early since seating is on a first-come, first served basis. And please keep in mind that if you don't pickup your tickets by showtime, or if you haven't arrived 15 minutes after the show has started, there is a chance that your tickets may be released to the public for resale. Don’t forget your ID and some dollar bills or a major credit card because there is the two drink minimum inside the showroom. Drive safely and we’ll see you soon!

 

When do doors open?

Doors can open anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half prior to a show.

When do doors close?

Doors close 15 mins after show starts ,once doors are close you will not be allowed in ,and refunds or exchanges for another show are not available

For concerts you are welcome to come when doors open or after the opening bands 

 

Where do I park and how much does it cost?

We have parking all around the venue

What if I left something behind or lost something last night? Do you have a lost and found?

We sure do. We keep your valuable left-behinds locked away in the Manager’s Office, so you can give us a call at the box office and we’ll check if we have your items.

How do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day online

What is the refund policy?

All of our ticket sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for tickets.

 

What happens if a show is cancelled?

If a show is cancelled for whatever reason, we will contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures for that show. If the show is rescheduled WE WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to originally purchase the tickets.

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

YES!

 

Is food and drink included in the ticket price?

No, but we do have a full dinner menu with great food you wouldn't expect from a comedy club. And please remember that there's always a 2-drink minimum in the showroom (drinks can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic). You can see our full selection on the Menu tab of the website!

What kind of food/drinks are available?

Pretty awesome ones...and that’s coming from professional eaters and drinkers. Mesquite street is taking the comedy club experience to the next level with great food, a full bar and great specialty drinks. You can see the full selection on the Menu tab of the website!

How old do I have to be to get into the club?

shows are 21+ so don't forget your ID. Sadly, these age restrictions aren’t flexible. It’s not us, it’s The Man. We would like to allow everyone into the shows, but we just like our liquor license more.

Where are you located?

4535 south padre island drive suite 1 unless specified

What is VIP seating ? 

Vip seating is seating in the front row and around the stage

VIP seating doesn't include anything extra unless stated on the tickets your purchsed

What is preferred seating ?

Preferred seating is seating in row 2-4  ,it is not reserved seating or saved seating and seats will be given away if you are not there 10 mins before show time

How does seating work?

Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to show time for better seat selection.

Do you have handicap accessible seating?

When purchasing tickets please let us know your accessibility needs for seating accommodations. If your tickets were purchased online, please call our box office at 361-548-9865 in advance to make arrangements.

Where can I pick up my tickets?

 you can print out your tickets or pull them up on your smartphone!

Does the club have a dress code?

Yes We want you to be comfortable, but we also don’t want you to make others around you uncomfortable, so dress to make your mother proud.

No flip flops

No baseball hats

No cut off shorts

No bandanas

No backpacks 

No purses larger than 10" wide and 6" tall

No bags of any kind

 

No weapons at all , all purses will be checked and we do use a metal detector an everyone before they enter the venue for everyone's safety

Can I take pictures during the show?

Out of respect to the performer(s) on stage and everyone seated around you ALL of the following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during shows: flash photography, audio and/or video recording, and mobile devices including but not limited to calls and texts.

How long is each show?

The shows run approximately ninety minutes, but are not held to a time limit, so come to the club ready to laugh and have a good time!

How will I know when my favorite comedian is coming to the club?

What if we get there early for the late show?

We'll thank you silently and invite you to enjoy our sweet atmosphere next door at Mesquite street pizza to grab a drink, listen to some great music, eat some food,
